The AtlaVD 7036 line laser profile measuring instrument is based on the principle of laser triangulation. The AtlaVD 7036 line laser profile measuring instrument is based on the principle of laser triangulation. It projects a strip laser onto the surface of the target object to create diffuse reflection, and then uses CMOS to receive changes in the reflected light, thereby measuring the height, width, and other profile (cross-sectional shape) information of the object's surface. In addition, by processing the continuously acquired profile data, the 3D shape of the object can also be measured. The parallel processing technology used in AtlaVD 7036 enables high frame rates and ultra-high precision measurements, meeting the intelligent manufacturing needs of online automation.
Ultra High Scanning Speed
Integrated high-speed imaging chip, using embedded technologies such as FPGA+ARM: scanning speed can reach up to 7kHz, with a sampling period of only 142us.
Ultra High Measurement Precision
Accurately delineate the surface profile of objects, with Z-axis precision reaching up to 0.4um; precisely capture complex features such as fine depressions and protrusions to achieve appearance inspection.

HDR high dynamic range; equipped with ultra-high sensitivity CMOS, suitable for various colors and materials; blue laser has strong anti-interference ability, and can obtain clear scanning data even on glossy metal surfaces.
