GLOBAL Touch+ Suitable for High-Precision Trigger Measurement Needs of Size Features
GLOBAL Touch+ paired with Hexagon's automatic indexing measuring seat and high-precision 6-axis trigger probe allows for flexible positioning during the measurement process, enabling rapid measurement of dimensional information for workpieces of different shapes.
In addition, the multi-port module replacement frame allows for quick and repeatable replacement of probe modules with different trigger forces and probe configurations, and no recalibration is required after replacement, further simplifying the measurement cycle.
GLOBAL Scan+ Suitable for Efficient Scanning Measurement Needs of Shape Features
GLOBAL Scan+ adds contact scanning to potential application scenarios. Through contact scanning, a large number of surface points can be captured in a short time, allowing for highly accurate shape and profile measurements of parts.
GLOBAL Scan+ combines contact scanning capabilities with the flexibility of automatic measuring seats. The scanning probe can be positioned at different spatial angles, easily measuring more complex workpieces. The accompanying probe replacement frame allows for quick changes in probe configurations during the measurement program while ensuring accuracy and reliability, thus speeding up the inspection process.
GLOBAL Optics Suitable for High-Precision Rapid Measurement Needs of Sensitive Material Workpiece Surface Profiles
GLOBAL Optics is equipped with a confocal white light sensor, making it an ideal choice for measuring transparent workpieces, sensitive materials, or special-shaped surface profiles.
The 2.5° indexing measuring seat provides good accessibility for measuring part features from almost any angle and direction, achieving optimal alignment between the confocal white light sensor and the measured surface. In addition, combined with Hexagon's automatic replacement frame, different sensors can be easily switched on the indexing measuring seat, maximizing the multi-sensor flexibility of the CMM.
GLOBAL Speed Suitable for Rapid Measurement of Entire Surface of Parts or Reverse Design Needs
GLOBAL Speed is equipped with Hexagon's cutting-edge laser scanning sensor HP-L, which combines unparalleled speed, accuracy, and flexibility, simplifying the complete non-contact point cloud capture of freeform surfaces. The Hexagon HP-L laser scanning sensor can capture up to 600,000 points per second, allowing for rapid high-precision extraction of point clouds from the entire surface of parts, ranging from complex-shaped housings to turbine blades. The point cloud data can then be compared with the CAD of the workpiece for deviation analysis or directly used for reverse design.
The indexing measuring seat ensures that the sensor is always optimally aligned with the surface of the measured workpiece, while the automatic sensor replacement frame allows for fully automatic exchange between laser sensors and other contact or optical sensors during the measurement program.

Using advanced high-resolution grating scales, with a thermal expansion coefficient certified by PTB, the system's maximum resolution can reach 0.005um.
