The infrared trigger probe IRP25.50 is specially designed to meet users' complex measurement tasks. The modular probe structure is suitable for vertical machining centers and horizontal machining centers. It can use an extended rod without losing accuracy, has adjustable trigger force, and features a convenient star-shaped probe structure that can meet various complex measurement tasks such as measuring large workpieces, deep cavities, thin-walled parts, and soft materials, such as deep cavity measurement or high vibration environments. The unique chameleon technology is compatible with all infrared probe receiving systems on the market. At the same time, the IRP25.50 has bidirectional signal transmission capability.

01 Standardized General Structure
Standardized extended rod that does not lose accuracy; when used with a star-shaped probe, it can measure the inner wall of workpieces; the probe can be extended as needed, making it convenient for measuring large workpieces and deep cavities; the diameter of the extended rod is 25mm, and the thinner diameter facilitates deep penetration into workpieces to complete complex measurement tasks; the common lengths of the extended rod are 30mm, 50mm, 100mm, and 200mm, which can be combined as needed to meet different requirements.
02 Adjustable Trigger Force
Can measure thin-walled parts or soft materials; in harsh environments, a larger trigger force ensures reliable measurement processes and trustworthy results.
03 Reliable Activation Method
Mechanical activation is more reliable; the probe is automatically activated when installed on the spindle and automatically deactivates when returned to the tool magazine; Activation Method 1 AZ: The trigger probe is automatically activated by a pull pin; Activation Method 1 HSK: Automatically activated in the spindle through a special mechanical structure in the HSK tool holder; Activation Method -WS: Automatically activated through internal coolant or spindle blowing devices; Activation Method -Bidi: Activated by infrared activation signals emitted from the receiver.
